Maintenance and Technology Support
To ensure our campuses stays safe and our technology stays up and running, we use a central ticketing system powered by Freshdesk. This allows our Maintenance and Tech teams to track, prioritize, and solve issues faster than a phone call, email or a "hallway chat" ever could!

Getting Started with Freshdesk
To track your requests and see updates from our team, you’ll want to be logged in. You have two easy ways to join our helpdesk:

Option 1: The Fast Way (Sign in with Google)
Best if you have a Gmail address or a Google Account.

Click "login".

On the login page, look for the blue button that says "Google."

If prompted, select your Google account and grant permission.

That’s it! You are now signed in. You don’t need to remember a new password; as long as you are logged into Google, you are logged into our helpdesk.

Option 2: The Manual Way (Email Sign-Up)
Best if you use Outlook, iCloud, Yahoo, or any non-Google email.

Click "Sign Up" at the bottom of the login box.

Enter your Full Name and Email Address.

Check your Inbox: You will receive an "Activation Email" from us within a few minutes.

Click the link in that email to set your password.

Once your password is set, you can log in anytime to see the status of your maintenance or tech requests.
Getting Help

Access the Portal: Click the "Submit a Ticket" button to go to our helpdesk. You need to log in to submit a request. (See previous section)

Enter a Subject: Keep it short, eg. What is the Wifi Password?

Choose the type of request: Either Maintenance Request (RCCT) or Technology Request (RCCT)

Select a Location

Description: Tell us exactly where the problem is and what is happening. The more descriptive, the better.

Attachments: If something is physically broken or showing an error code, feel free to snap a photo and attach it!

Click 'Submit'

Check Your Email: When our team starts working on your request or needs more info, you’ll get an email update. You can reply directly to that email to talk to us! Alternatively, you can add additional information to the ticket by going to your ticket status page and clicking on the open ticket.
